I have 2 LRB's built with all new TRW parts.....the finish is perfect mil-spec black phosphate park,which matches TRW finish perfectly,these receivers are the closest you will get to GI spec,held to closer tolerances than any other commercial M14 type receiver......the lock up to all my wood and synthetic stocks are very very tight, on some recievers the bolt lock angle is off a hair,causing the lock not to fully engage now and then when i empty a mag...i believe its the same reason why mags need a good slap to lock in...IMHO they are well worth the extra bucks......my LRB/TRW's love PORT ammo Longhunter
