I'm finally getting around to submitting PAPER Form 1s for some suppressors in advance of 41f.
Do I put the trust name in box 4a as the manufacturer? My name?
I'm confused.

If you're filing as a trust, that's the name to use.

Do we have to squeeze the address in that small box as well? It says "Name and Location of Original Manufacturer of Firearm"
