Does anyone have a suppressor mount that threads directly onto an AK74 barrel (24x1.5mm) besides the kestrel series of suppressors? Maybe I can have SD Tactical custom build one for me.

If you don't mind me asking...
Have you verified the threads are concentric to the bore?
I only ask because it's been said before that Kalashnikov barrels and threads tend to be off.

They offer L-H thread protectors.  I was leaning that way, then decided for my 10.5" Draco i wanted that blast baffle to take less initial hits then a direct thread would.

Take heed of the fact that those threads are not actually on the barrel, they're on the pinned, separately-machined, front sight base assembly.

Doesn't mean you can't mount a can on it, just verify concentricity before you actually fire the thing if you attempt it.

It's not concentric. I'll probably have to drill the last few baffles and the end cap out to 0.40". I hope I can still get some noise reduction out of it.
