Please correct me or let me know if this is correct for what needs to be engraved on a suppressor. Also, do I need a serial number?

A model number is not required on the Form1, but a serial number is.

But, if there, must be engraved.

And yes...serial number absolutely must be added to the list in the OP.

And it's worth pointing out that your serial number must have at least one actual number in it, not just all letters (so you're good to go with the serial number you chose).

Yep. And just for info for anybody that runs across this...

Serial number must be composed of Arabic numerals and Roman letters...your basic 0-9 and A-Z. So don't go using the Cyrillic or Greek alphabets or anything else.

As mentioned, they can be all numerals, or a combination of letters & numerals, but cannot be all letters (like a name).
