how do you determine your blast chamber depth?  I've found mixed information.  So folks saying it should be 40% of the suppressor size.  Others saying the sweet spot is 1.5-2"

Secondly.  What is your spacing for baffles?  I've seen anywhere from .8"-.25"

This is for a 300 blackout btw.

Lots of "what's" and "if's" to determine those factors. A lot of the form one cans that aren't direct thread use a brake/QD combo, length of BC would be determined by its protrusion. Direct thread, 1.5-2" sounds good. Mine using the Griffin taper brake ended up 2.315". My baffle spacing ended up .75 and tapered to .55".

It's for a 300 blackout.  I'm using the SD tactical brake that threads into the 9" tube.
It reaches about 1.5" into the tube.

2.25" sounds reasonable. That should be pretty quiet and heavy
