| I've already submitted my form 1 and in the 4 J box where it ask's about reactivation nothing is selected. I went through every drop down box while filling these forms out and I don't remember it being on there. Since I did the form electronically I couldn't physically check a box, is this going to be an issue? |
| ok perfect! I have another question I have had to try and save my phone number over and over again in my profile as it was wrong. I filed two form 1 consecutively and in one form its correct and the other form it is missing a digit. I think there was some type of glitch or something since it wouldn't save it is this going to be an issue? |
