I'm looking to SBR my Wasr 63 and I want some confirmation on what to put for block 4a Manufacturer's name.
It's engraved CAI Georgia, VT
My google FU is weak on an actual address and such.

Why do you need an actual address? City, state should be plenty. All my eF1s simply have manufacturer's name and United States. F4s just have name and City, State...and some have Zip.

I guess I learn something new all the time from you.
I'm staring at my book of stamps and I have a full address for Gemtech, Mega, LMT, Nodak Spud, Silencerco, AAC, and TM.
