So I just tried to complete form 1..... twice.  Each time I upload my trust, which is the appropriate size,  the trouble begins.

Attempt 1:   Upload trust, hit finish, taken back to home screen only to have to start over.

Attempt 2: Upload trust, hit finish, Error message ,  screen is froze looks like another fail.

So any experience with this?  I'd like to think I followed the process accordingly, outside chance 1 of you had a similar experience and know if I,m doing it wrong?

I never could get IE to work correctly. I loaded Safari and it worked perfectly. YMMV.

Safari also worked well for me, although I didn't try any other options.

My friend and I had this problem. I was using Chrome...no sure what he was using. I tried to upload trust several times, but kept getting an error message. Not sure what the issue was, but I came back a couple days later, and it worked fine.

A game of attrition this is......  installed different browsers and tried them with little success.
At least I have most of it done now, just getting kicked off on the certify/ pay page.

I suppose that volume may be an issue, seems I've exhausted the browser option.
Hopefully I can just keep coming back to it and eventually win the pay for what should be free lotto.

clear all your cache and reset your browser history. Disable any pop-up blockers. Make sure you have the latest flash and Java versions (can't remember what they use for eforms and I'm on my phone - no PC) . What size is the PDF? Even if under the limit it can still create problems when uploading. If you have acrobat, there is a function/option to reduce file size on the PDF. As a last resort, mal sure the PDF is not locked, has digital signature (or other verifiers enabled) or pwd protected.

Just now.........  Just right now, after all this time, my app was submitted and paid for.
Wow.
I finally hired a crone who tossed chicken bones into a spittle and presto!

well good deal brother.  Congrats.    And for the record, I've done a couple, the last being Fri/13th, and I use Google Chrome. Also submitted my Trust as a PDF/Adobe, and it is juuuuuuuuust under the 3 met limit.  I've had no trouble submitting, so it must be luck.

Edit:  hey, what are you submitting for?   a can?   I didn't think you guys in AL. could have SBR's?

Edit again:  just went and searched. I'll have to let my daughters boyfriend know. He wanted to do one and I thought he said that in AL you couldn't have SBR. He'll be happy to hear.

I just submitted my Form 1 on Wednesday. After trying IE 9, IE 11 and Google Chrome and complaining to my wife about the browser issues (she works in IT), she tells me that her work computer has IE 8...and we have a winner! Filed, paid and then shipped my lower off to be engraved. I'm eager to build an SBR for only my second AR.
