I am planning on getting my first (of hopefully many) NFA stamps. I am planning on filing as an individual instead of a trust on the Form 1 and I wanted to be sure I have all the correct documents ready. The vast majority of google searches pull up how to file as a trust and the paperwork seems to be a little different. I will need the fingerprint card, some sort of CLEO signoff, passport photo, and anything else? Which document do I take to the CLEO to sign if I am filling everything out online?

Unless the eFile system has changed, you cannot file as an individual, only as a trust/corp.

Trusts aren't hard to set up.  Just set one up and use e-file.
