If I already have a trust, and there is a lower owned by the trust, when I fill out the ATF Form 4, what do I put in the 3a box, as Transferor?
It seems that the lower is already the property of the trust, and cannot be built out entirely until the stamp comes back, but technically there is no transfer per se. Sorry if this is a stupid question. |

I have found this helpful. This walks you through both paper and eFile.
http://www.guntrustlawyer.com/form1.html BTW: I dont believe you have to add the item to schedule A on the trust until it is approved by ATF because I dont believe it is not a SBR lower until the stamp comes back and you engrave your trust info on the lower. |
