Hello.
I know this will not be an SBR, but I wanted to talk to the folks in the know. I'm building a 12.5 and I'm going to use a Sig brace instead of a stock, for numerous reasons. I have read and heard that it is ill advised to modify the brace in any way. What I want to do is paint it to match the rest of the rifle (oops, pistol). I have found a color that is very close, but before I paint it, I want to be sure this would not count as a kind of modification that could get me in trouble. I know they sell an FDE version, but that comes out of their box FDE. Just want to cover the bases here. Thanks Randy |

A little off topic but has anyone figured out a way to mount a sling to the brace? I use the same QD mounted sling on all of my rifles and would like to use it on this one as well.
