What should I put in the unit of measure part for the eForm? Should I put caliber or mm?

It depends on what you listed in preceding box.  If you used 223, 308, etc, then caliber.  If 5.56, 7.62, etc, then mm.

.223/5.56 share an option in the dropdown if I recall correctly.  300BLK should be put in as "300" (also in the dropdown) according to their newsletter and the fact mine was just approved with that in 4c.

ETA: I was wrong or it has changed but now 223 and 5.56 are in their own lines in the dropdown.
