| I sent in my paperwork for my 1st sbr at the beginning of feb. Do you guys call and check on your status or would that just make the ATF even busier? My check was cashed already. |

Quoted: Quoted: March or April should of been your pending date. With that, six months later approval. Lately it's been about 7 or 8 months so from October to December. 6-8 months from my pending date. So total time is going to be around 9 or 10 months? It has increased since I got my Form 1 this year. Taking my form 1 as an example, sent November 2012, pending December 2012, received June 2013. |

Ya'll can always look (and register) at the NFA Tracker Website to see approximate wait times.

Definitely call to ENSURE that your status is pending, and that there aren't any paperwork errors that you haven't been notified of yet. Have S/N in hand and call the NFA Branch at (304) 616-4500 |

That means they have entered the serial number into the system and the paperwork has been filed in a box to wait to be looked at and approved. They won't even look at it until 5-6 months from pending. That's when you will know if you have an error or not. You should get your stamp by November/December. |
