Guys,
I have a Trust with schedule A, the first piece of property added being a $1 bill. I now have 3 SBR's to add, and wanted to see what format you guys used to add the rifles. Basically, what does your schedule A look like? |
To add: I am in Tx and I still use the $1 assigned to the Trust when it was created. I don't add my items and in Texas, it has worked thus far. I know others do add their items to their Schedule A but then again, you wouldn't add an item that the trust doesn't own yet (which I have heard was a problem for some when adding the item to the Schedule A). I haven't had issues doing it this way, *knocks on wood*  .

My Schedule A is a word doc with a spreadsheet listing item and serial, so easy. |
