Fill out a 5320.20 and send it in. They will put it with your form 1 for approval. as for engraving, will it be my physical address at the time i get the stamp or the original address on the form? Engraving must match the form.....I know you are anxious but why not just wait or if you have your new address, just send the form with your new address filled out |
