| Got my trust set up, etc. Reading a lawyers instructions on filling out Form 1, he says leave section H blank. I was under the impression that I had to put the information to be engraved in section H –– trust name, city, state, etc. Can anyone clarify for me? I would appreciate the help. |

My dealer told me to leave that spot blank because he's seen some kickbacks when people put stuff in the blank. I left it blank on my form 1 SBR and it was approved. They also approved my form 4 even though my dealer didn't print the back of the form. His reasoning was that since its a trust, there's no LEO signoff needed. Save some ink. |
