On the Form 1 ATF asks that you use the existing serial number on the lower so as not to confuse the issue by having two serial numbers. With that said, you still need to engrave your Name, City, State. |

With that said, you still need to engrave your Name, City, State. Or the name of the Trust or LLC if you go one of those routes. If you do go the trust route, I suggest you name the trust something short like your initials trust. It makes it easy to engrave. |
