My take on modifying an STI grip to my liking.  The gun is going to get beat up during competitions and practice, so I didn't bother polishing out all of the sanding scratches.  Overall I'm very happy with the results.  I just need a thumb rest and a different magwell and it'll be ready to compete.

Food for thought, and so long as you don't grind down to the metal insert panels, you can go pretty much buck wild in a 2011 grip to make it fit your hand how over you want.
