| I'm trying to find the proper sub forum for this question so if no one knows the answer maybe direct me to the section where someone might know. I'm building an m110 clone out of an SR-25 ECR. Is it possible, and legal, to have the SR-25 that is engraved on the lower from KAC filled in and M110 engraved in its place? |

No! The original Manufacturer's markings must remain intact unless you submit a request to the BATFE , and get approval, to have the markings altered. If you want a KAC lower marked M110, you can inquire directly to KAC. I doubt they will sell you one marked M110, as they historically will not sell ANY of their GSA contract marked products to the "civilian" market, IE: USMC Micro Sights. |
