Anyone setup to make 1-1/4" sling loops? I have seen setups to make this sort of thing. I need about 20 made out of heavy wire, not skinny uncle mikes type.

I did not see any CNC robots on the EE.
I have seen some manual methods jigged up on a welding table.

Use drill rod (water hardening) of whatever diameter you want.
Soften it with a torch, bend to shape, harden it, temper it.
Not enough load to bother welding.
