Got the neighbor out in the shop Saturday night, it's finally cooling off enough here in Florida to work outside in the evenings without boiling.
I'm hard on guns, another of my hunting toys was in need of repair. 
Finished machining 
Rust bluing 
Blued, heat treated, and oiled 
And now I have a new bolt handle for my muzzloader! 
Bigger, easier to manipulate, and hopefully stronger than the cast part it replaced. 
And by the way, if your bolt is stuck, tapping on the handle is a bad idea.....
