I have a M1 garand with a BM59 Nigerian stock on it. My finger is getting pinched between the trigger guard and the trigger. Any way temporary fix?

Can anyone help offer a solution?

Has the trigger in your rifle been shortened?  Perhaps you could compare your trigger to another trigger known to be stock length? Is your trigger guard fully closed? I can't remember hearing of that issue before.

If your trigger as been shortened, a stock replacement trigger is likely cheaper than a trigger shoe.

Use the proper technique to engage the trigger. Use the "pad" of your finger (1st joint) instead of the entire finger.

If I use my finger tip/center the trigger over the center of my finger tip, there is no pinch, but because of the angle if I use the first joint, the finger gets pinched.

That stock has a pistol grip on it and a funny buttstock.  It puts you trigger finger down on the bottom of the trigger where it just gets pinched between the trigger guard and the bottom of the trigger.  I hate it.  My son has one on his M1 because he thought it would help him with a cant problem he seems to get into when shooting with a sling.

The only thing you can try to do is practice repositioning your hand on the trigger guard to help you get your finger up on the middle part of the trigger.  It's going to feel weird for awhile till you get ued to it.  You might be better off going back to a GI stock.

Ahh ok, well, worse comes to worse I'll just put the other stock on. Thanks for the help! I heard somewhere about putting some plastic tubing on the bottom of the trigger, maybe that will work too.
