Hello all, I have a Remington Model Four 270 Auto loader, the bolt is somehow stuck in the barrel. Someone had the bright idea to cut most of whats hanging out of the barrel and attempted to drill the bolt. I am able to get a pair of pliers onto whats left and turn the whole thing about 1/8 inch and it seems to move freely, however I do not see any way of getting it to come out. The barrel is not in the receiver, I was given the receiver, butt stock and barrel by a friend who has since moved away and I have lost communications with him.
Any ideas on if I should take it to someone or is it even worth it? The barrel is a 270 Win, and it seems to have been ported. I can take some pictures of it tonight if it will help. |
