The school at Trinidad uses a biodegradable solution in the parts washer, but I didn't get a product name. It worked well.

Axrel 500 by petroferm - Drys fast, works really well and has virtually no order. Downside is it's kinda spendy and only available thru machine tool/cutting fluid dealers that I know of.
