1. I had read in a post that someone was putting geissele aftermarket AR triggers in them. Do AR fire control groups fit in them? 2. Are some made of plastic and some aluminum? Or are all models plastic? 3. Walking pins. I had read a post where someone was complaining about walking pins as being an issue with them. Is this isolated or prolific? |

However you get conflicting answers from Sig regarding if it voids the warranty as they wont work with the trigger bridge sig uses from factory 2) some of what? The actual firearm? If so its all aluminum upper and lower and rail. The scorpion is all polymer upper and lower and rail 3) I have not seen many accounts of this but interested in feedback regarding |

Fire control is an ar one. The stock sig trigger has a trigger bridge piece in it that they recommend keeping in but it doesn't work with a lot of aftermarket stuff. It is there to extend the life of their fire control group by protecting it. The gun will take a standard fire control group although sig takes no responsibility if it gets damaged in the gun.
Gun is aluminium. Someone has shown off a carbon fiber hand-guard for it though. From my understanding some of the early guns had issues with the pins walking. Sig repaired them. I haven't read of any of the current gen 2's having this issue. |

According to gieselle it works. However there differences in the bcg between gen 1 and 2. Mine is a gen1 I use a cmc 2stage trigger which works fine.
I called cmc asking about their pack in a mpx. They said some work some don't. Since mine works I'm assuming the 2nd Gen has trigger issues. I suggest calling gieselle. |
