I like subguns. Correction: LOVE.

what is available in 10mm these days? Mp5 clones only?
If I can't find a 10mm gun, I'd consider one chambered in 357sig.

I have an Oly  K40. Love it.

Looking for something different; non-AR.

Any .40" S&W PCC should be able to be converted to .357" SIG for a price.  The UZI B was available in .41" AE, & I think some folks have built .40" S&W on that platform.  Blowback .357" might tear up some brass, however.  You might be better off on the 10mm AR platform.

"Blowback .357" might tear up some brass"

If nothing else, it's going to greatly shorten the life, as it'll be straightening the cases each firing.  That'll wear the shoulder and neck out fast.  Mechtech even talks about head separation.  I've a plan to get a Mechtech in .357 Sig and just not keeping the brass I shoot out of it, as it'd be expensive enough to get a gas-operated .357 Sig made that I don't feel it's worth it

Wow, they've been busy at Thureon. I haven't been to their site in about six months and now they're rocking 10mm and .45 ACP Glock compatible carbines?
Interesting.....
