I have a Honeywell system and I just installed the same one at my parent's place.  Any reason why I can't assign my keyfob to both systems and vice versa?  I don't see any issues but thought I would ask in case I'm missing something obvious.

Should not be an issue unless the fob is a two way type rx/tx. Tx would work just fine.

No problem. The program code is unique to the device and I have seen them used on 2 locations.
