Link to safe in question: HERE

So i'm looking for a BUDGET safe that still provides quality security.

I would love to spend 2,000+ on a Strudy/Liberty/Knox but I don't have the cashflow currently.

I understand I won't get the same protection with this as I would with a better brands with relockers, 7ga steel etc.

What says the hive about this safe, any big red flags i'm missing? From the limited info out there it seems like a good buy as a hold over till I can afford a manly man vault.

Thanks Ya'll!

I have one of these and it does well for the money.

I'm happy with it.

It's not quality made like the others but it works.

I have friends with the 200-400 Maomart brands and they upgraded them with steel plates on certain points of it, bolted it and also added locks to each gun inside of the safe.

In the end, all of us would love a 5k USD safe but we afford what we can afford.

I've got the 28 gun version.  What do you want to know?

I paid about $300 for mine brand new delivered from Dicks Sporting Goods about 7 years ago.  It was on sale, had a manufacturers rebate, store instant rebate, and they botched the shipment and took off an additional 10% of the original price non-sale for my troubles. I also used $150 in dicks rewards on it (virtually free money since my dad repaired his car after an accident with my Dicks charge card for the points).  I basically stole the damn thing from them LOL.

I will say this, their organization system sucks with the screw in barrel holders.  I took all of that out of mine and now just have the guns in gun socks carefully piled in the safe.  That door hanger is new, but I don't think it'd be all that useful.  There's not that much room between the door and the guns when you shut the door.

<eta> It's no heavy duty safe that's for sure, but it's better than a sheet metal cabinet.  At the price they have it at, I'd seriously consider saving up some more cash and buying a better quality safe.  Had I not gotten mine for less than $500 I wouldn't have purchased it.
