Ok....reading some very helpful stickey's here (Security Camera Basics), and just want to make sure I understand...

If I wanted to setup a camera system of our house, using ethernet PoE camera's, I only need:
PoE Camera
Router
Computer + Needed software

Nothing else, right?

Anyone have a suggestion for some good (but reasonably priced) PoE cameras?  I know good and reasonable price don't often go together, but give me some suggestions, please.

Thanks!

You'll need a midspan POE injector or POE switch that supplies power to the camera.

Not true, alot of POE cams do have a power supply and a splitter if you dont want to install a POE switch.

I would recommend AXIS IP cameras.  Their new "M" line is not very expensive and have worked very well.
I have not had good luck with cheap IP cameras (TrendNet, DLink, NetGear, Linksys)
My personal AXIS cameras have been great and the ones I have at work have been rock solid (over 80 AXIS cameras installed)

What are some good places to buy CCTV parts online?
