Looks good. What lighting system are you using? I just bought a LED rope light thing from Walmart plugged into a motion sensor that I plugged into the outlet and ran it around the front edge of the safe, I think I secured it with Velcro. Not positive as I did it a couple of years ago. |

The lights I bought had the female end built into the strip so found an old 1amp power supply from one of my old RC car ( I think, it could have come from my sisters key board, old printer or something else like that) and it works perfectly. Lights are plenty bright and sensor works perfectly. One and only complaint I have is the sticky led light strip doesn't stick that well to the safe carpet inside so I had to use more Velcro tape than expected. |

They come with a mini usb cord to charge. You adhere them with a adhesive that they come with which have a magnetic backing so the LED strip just comes right off of it via magnet when u need to charge them. The motion sensor is flawless too. Finally got my lighting all done in my safe. For the last set, I made the mistake of getting the wrong color type so most are warm white but some are cool white. Still looks OK though.
This is w/out the lights on. 
This is with the lights on. There is a motion sensor in the bottom left corner of the safe. 
And this is a pic with the lights in the room off. It is pitch black in the room. 
Still debating if I want to add lights to the bottom of the top shelf. The top shelf looks dark in these pics but it is actually fine in person. |

These used to be the in the middle of their line-up and made in the US. 10 gauge steel if I remember correctly and with a 3/8" door. It was the biggest safe that i could find at the time - Big Safes. |
| I'll have a very humble offering for the thread in a bit. I just got the Field and Stream 24 gun from Dick's. It's going in the basement. I'll add a dehumidifier, and then some lighting, too. I have poured concrete walls and floor. Suggestions on how to bolt it in? |

Attached File Ended up getting a Graffunder Emperor 6032 instead of the RF I ordered, and to make up for the extra lost space the RF would have had, I returned the BF6024HD and got a BF6032HD for my closet. Pics to follow soon. |

Been playing with interior options, ordered a sportsman-style shelf from Graffunder to try to maximize the amount of guns I can practically fit. I'm thinking 16 long guns is going to be the max for weapons with all the fixings like optics.

My safe dealer has a 100% refund policy when you go up a size, so I'm going to trade the Graffunder in. Figure that should let me fit ~20 long guns, with more shelf space above it as well as a sweet door organizer. I love the Graffunder, but the Amsec is TL30X6 rated, bigger, and is actually cheaper. |

Amsec RFX came in today. Thing is a beast.... I’ve got a really steep driveway so they literally pushed it up with their truck.
A lot more room in it than the 60x30 Graffunder. I miss my bordello interior, but I’ve got a ton more space now in the most heavy duty gunsafe on the market. I thought the Graffunder’s door was thick, this one is like twice the thickness. Attached File Attached File Attached File Attached File |

I knew Amsec made stout, high quality gun safes, but I didn't know they made models that outperformed Graffunder. I thought Graffunder was at the top of the food chain.
I was sort of kicking around the idea of a BF6636, but ultimately decided on a Champion Master 40. |

Fort Knox M2 6637 (66 x 37 x 27) delivered/installed yesterday.
3/16'' body, 3/8'' door. 1100+ pounds. door opens to almost 180*, and is recessed about 2". 4 bolts holding it in place, this thing is now a part of the house. Color looks off because of the lighting, it's a very white sand color with a little texture, and interior is beige and brown. Threw a 10/22 in there just for size reference. It was supposed to come with LED lights instead of florescent, the dealer is going to ship me LED kit and I will get it installed. Hopefully it can still use the door switch.

The guy in charge was the owner of the rigging company, about 70 years old and still had all his fingers. He said his secret was he always planned a move about one foot at a time, then stop, evaluate, and plan the next move. He had his two sons working with him and they both had all ten fingers as well. That a good sign in the rigging business... He said the week before they moved a 35 ton industrial press out of an old machine shop with a double door, and loaded it into freight container to ship overseas, so mine was easy... |
