My Form 2/4 MPX just cleared..yeah...I said Form 2/4...long story for folks in WA State. Anyway....anyone have suggestions on the following for a Gen 1 MPX 1. Side Rail Covers 2. Vertical Grip - Anyone know if a Unity Tactical VFG will work? Do I just need longer screws? 3. Selector - Anyone using a Battle Arms 45 degree short throw selector? Installation is the same as an AR15...correct? 4. Trigger - Anyone using a LaRue MBT? Installation is the same as an AR15...correct? Any and all help/advice will be greatly appreciated. I didn't think you could build an SBR at all in WA only buy factory ones. Nice set up however. I'll post some of mine when my form 1 gets approved. I'm not sure about any of the stuff you asked about but I will say for $10 or so the JP Enterprises spring kit does help the trigger a lot. That and I am using a Gear Selector hand stop and eventually one of their stubby gangster grips when my form gets back. That and I put a lasermax rail laser, and am getting a surefire M600V scoutlight on 45* mount for it. I am also running a Docter II sight on a JP Enterprises mount on the gun. Its a great set up so far.
