The SIG 556 is banned by name in CT.....So I need to get a SCM upper to make my 556 CT compliant....any ideas where I can find one ...I contacted SIG and they do not sell individual parts.....I shoot in CT a lot and would like to take my SIG there......

I really wouldn't want to sell my 556....it's set up just the way I like it...but if I must I will.....anyone want to trade......?????

I dont understand your Q.  You said the 556 is banned by name.  So what would a new upper do for you if the lower receiver is banned by name?

The SIG 556 is banned by name..... the SIG SCM is good to go...its not engraved 556.....pretty ridiculous.....
