I had my ATF interview for my Home based FFL last week. Should be getting license in a couple weeks.
Interviewer mention that since I am home based I won't be able to do transfers from home. That I can only do them at gunshows. Didn't sound right to me. Opinions? |

I'll bet you either misunderstood or the IOI misspoke...........'cause that would be the dumbest thing an IOI could say. If you cannot do transfers from your licensed premises.........ATF will not issue you an FFL. ATF is damned clear on the application that you cannot get an FFL for gun shows only. |

Call and get clarification. |
