Do I have to submit fingerprints with the CLEO copy? I assume I have to attach the picture also?

I only gave mine a copy of the application only.I didn't include fingerprints or passport photo.He said he'd file it and that was that.

Just the application for mine. I had to go to 3 different people before they figured out what to do with it.

Drop it in the mail certified and forget about it ?
It isn't a "sign off", its a notification

yeah mine looked at me like why the hell do I need that. About that time his secretary walked in and said yeah we keep a copy of those on file. LOL

So don't for one second ever think your county law enforcement officials know what the laws are.
