[ARCHIVED THREAD] - SOT wait time

Soooooo how long between filing your SOT return and getting the little piece of paper saying you can actually engage in NFA business did it take for those of you already in the know on this subject?

Sorry it this has been asked 8,000 times but this website is so HUGE searching for SOT or wait time gets me nowhere fast.

I did and I do realize that but I am in a unique situation where a local class III dealer just went out due to some tax/legal issues and I am trying to strike why the iron is hot, and get up and going to fill a void before someone else does.
