| My license is an LLC so how do I use a handgun or rifle from my dealer inventory for personal carry or to take to the range? Do I need to complete a 4473 and do a NICS check? I really don't want to transfer it to my personal collection. |

What tom said - except that you can take stuff out of inventory for any business purpose without signing it out, as a representative of the LLC. Take guns to range for sales demos or test fire after doing work on them or getting them back from having work done? totally fine without 4473/NICS. Take gun out of inventory to be daily carry gun? 4473/NICS required. |
