| We've had our ffl/sot since July. I was wondering what to expect regarding an inspection? Do we get a notice prior to them arriving? |
| They usually take an inventory and compare to your bound book, making sure it matches up. They look over 4473s to make sure they are filled out correctly. If you are a regular shop with regular hours then most likely they'll just show up. If you're a home dealer out in the middle of nowhere with night time hours, then they may call ahead of time and try to arrange a time. |
