on an NFA transfer a 4473 is required what if it's a transfer to a trust? Have the person picking it up for the trust fill out the 4473 form?

I've only sold to other SOT's. But if it were me I'd give the NFA branch a call in the morning and ask them. Unless someone who knows shows up here before.

Person picking up fills out the 4473 and a NICS check is run. When transferring to individual who is named etc on Form 4, then 4473 is needed but no NICS needs done.
