Who got the alert about Glock's minimum pricing MAP? I got the email from Davidsons.
I am assuming that if a person advertises less that MSRP they are in trouble with Glock?????????

And they expect their pistols to sell themselves at full retail?  I got the email too and have "duly noted" it ;)

That's not change - it came out months ago that Glock is going to strictly enforce their MAP agreement, up to and including the value listed on the price tag.

Only applies if you are certified Glock stocking dealer, or have some other signed contract with Glock.

That's the reason Davidsons sent out their alert.............if you buy your Glocks from Davidsons and you violate the Glock MAP:
1. Davidsons will cut you off
2. if they don't, Glock says no more Glocks for Davidsons
3. Other distributors are enforcing the same policy.

That was not what he asked, he asked is the dealer in trouble with Glock. Of course since most dealers do not advertise it is a moot point. Very easy anyway to get around MAP, with rebates, etc.

This ^^^

I wouldn't become a stocking dealer for them for exactly this reason. If I had to price them at MAP requirements, I'd never sell a Glock... and quite frankly, people often compare commonly known gun prices with other shops. As a "Glock Stocking Dealer" you put yourself at a severe disadvantage because customers will think you overprice ALL your guns, not just Glocks.

You can sell the Glock's for whatever you want in your store.  you cannot have anything published in an add or anything posted anywhere on the Internet with a price below map.

If you want to sell in house below MAP that is your right to do.

The problem was that all of these guys listed on the Davidson's Gun Genie was that the had prices listed below MAP when you did a search.

That is considered advertising below MAP to Glock.      Pricing them in your store below MAP is not advertising.

Glock's MAP agreement does include in-store price tags.
