Just curious what everyone uses for POS software for sales and also for an indoor range.

I used to work at two different FFL retail stores. One was an indoor shooting range, and the other was a high volume retailer.

Both used this:

The last I knew, 7 of the 8 largest FFL's in this area used this software.

I just use quickbooks for pos and paper for A&D.  A&D are the brownells books.

I was talking to these folks at the SHOT show.

You are looking at $12k for a complete system, barcode scanner,etc...  and full training with 6 months unlimited support.

It looked like a very nice, very capable system... just too much $$$ for what I'm doing. The nicest feature it offered was the ability to interface and communicate with many of the large distributors software.
