I registered online with NICS and set up my code word. I recieved the NICS Packet in the mail today and was reading over it and saw this.
"You may also enroll by calling the NICS customer service at #####. However, if you enroll through NICS CS, you must also return the Enrollment Form containing the FFL's signature of acknowledgement. Your ability to preform the background checks required under the brady act is dependant on completion and return of the FFL Enrolement Form. Upon utilization of your code word for the first time, you are acknowledging you have read and understand the obligations and responsibilitys under the NICS and FFL. So Im confused, Do I have to fill out and return the form even tho I enrolled on the phone, Or will my first time using my code word cover it? |
