| I have heard that there is a pin # you can apply for if you keep getting delayed because your name is the same as a felon. That said who calls NICS for the # a FFL or can anyone call? Has anyone had experience with this, as far as how long it takes to get, does it work, etc? |

Its called the Voluntary Appeal File and its right here
Its paperwork for the customer to fill out to get the number (takes a long time). Once they have it they put it in the spot on the form when they fill out the 4473. |
