This is a military model AUG made for someone.
A3 with Nato stock and PMAG, 1/7 twist barrels with the "US style" tulip flash suppressor, A3 optic, A3 grip rail, full auto hammer pack, and a very interesting top rail.

Any of you notice that NATO stock has an ejection port on the left side or are my eyes playing tricks on me?

On closer look, you're right, it doesn't have the wrench flat on the FH.

That looks like a semi pack to me.

Would've been better as a 3x Agreed. I kicked around the idea of getting one for the theme. But I didn't expect it to replace the T-1 I mounted and imagined it collecting dust. A 3x would of guaranteed its own time slot. |

I'm not sure I'd be up for buying anything listed in the poll.
Do I think the integrated BUIS should be standard on any of the long-railed M1s? Absolutely. Do I think all NATO stocks should be ambidextrous, and that they should finally release the 'mud' stocks (we're a BIT past April now, no?  ) - absolutely.
Would I pay likely $$$$ for a Steyr bipod, which might require the front rail section, which is IMO overpriced today at ~$250 already, plus bipod, VFG, etc.? I'm not so sure - if it attached differently (bayonet lug?), and was somewhat reasonable in cost, yeah, probably. Requiring losing the folding VFG for a (random # pulled from somewhat thin air) $500 'accessory' and rail, etc.? Probably not. |
