He did a similar job on mine, except in OD, and it came out nice. What kind of magazine is that? A 20 round CAA mag? Is the M17s on the "restricted" list? Also, are those cotton balls in your gas system? |

Your rifle was so winsome that I did not notice the foot prints in the corner and figure out it was snow!
Tavors not restricted, M17s not restricted....I see a pattern, here. Is it their long barrels that get them that categorization? I know there is no rhyme or reason to the RCMP's decisions, but.... So, who did the customizing job? What kind of sling will you put on it? I was in Ottawa last month, and they still had November's snow everyplace. |

Took the M17 out today, And I must say i'm quite surprised of the accuracy of this rifle.
My M17 has a 10lbs 2oz trigger pull. ( Hopefully I Run Guns will be able to help me out and get the newer trigger ) I had targets at 25y 50y 100y. The 25y was to sight in. The 50y was a real good grouping except for the flyer. and I got 2 flyers on the 100Y grouping. Once the trigger Job is done I will do another range report. This rifle is a keeper. My CAA Mags won't work in the M17 but My Magpul Pmags gen 3 worked great.
