With all the different Countries that have used the Steyr, why is there not any Military Surplus Pouches on the market.
I have seen a lot of posts saying, this pouch will work, or that one will work, but few about pouches that were made to fit the Stery Mags. Are any original Military available? |

Platatac and SORD are the two major manufacturers over there- not sure if that is the issue gear for Australia and the F88 (Aussie AUG) but they are the "Tactical Tailors" of Australia.

I like the platatac pouches. They were made for the AUG magazines and work perfectly.
If you have the money to spend, platatac makes a great product. This is a chest carrier rig thing. The integral mag pouches fit two AUG mags each, separated by an elastic material. Base down they slide in and out with ease. The cover closes with velcro. 
I have a few of the open top individual mag pouches. They fit just as good as the above carrier. Not too tight, not too loose, just right.
