| Can any one comment where or what number they are on? Bullpupforum guys got theirs all at once. Sort of annoying seeing them pop up elsewhere when preorders have not been filled. |

Bullpupforum received their guns as they were produced (guns were also shipped to others at the same time). FWIW, technically the Copes "preorder" is just a list. When IWI ships guns to Copes (on whatever timetable IWI decides) Copes then sells them to people on the list. Bullpupforum had an actual order placed which was paid for in full to IWI before rifles even shipped. To compare the bullpupforum's special circumstances to Copes is like apples and oranges. 
As said in the posts above, nobody anywhere has 18" rifles yet. |

| I think Copes should of negotiated up front that some priority be given to them since they were going to place a big order. If correct that only about 9 fde have been shipped to Copes since IWI started shipping (in March about a month ago), I do not need to do the math to know it will be a long long time before the names at the end of the list see something. |

Instead of calling Cope's to find out what number I am... what number they're shipping... when they think they're getting more... etc.
I'm just going chill and wait for the call from Ohio
What I'm really looking forward to is the caliber change kits and spare barrels. I've got "in stock" notices with some vendors, but not even a nibble so far. |
| At this point screw Copes. My local gun store/ range, that is known for having high prices & took full advantage of the panic - to the point of even closing early one night just to raise prices, got two in last week for $1800. I ordered Dec 10th & still have yet to be contacted. I am passing on the Tavor at this point. Sitting on that extra $$$ for this long made me appreciate what else I could buy with it. Also it seems like it would be prudent to wait til IWI stops cranking them out as fast as the 3 assemblers can. |

I turned the COPE's one around on Gunbroker for $2,650.00 but I didn't exactly break even after paying for transfer fees, shipping and Gunbroker fees. The whole ordeal cost me about $100 extra and lots of hassle. |

Its a bit higher than waiting around, but it just came up for the buy-it-now option so I snagged it. Some of the FDE ones are bidding up over $3200 and stuff... Sheesh. |
