[ARCHIVED THREAD] - MSAR mount zero'ing question

I purchased a flat top MSAR and am mounting a Aimpoint. If I purchased the Talon 30 mount and a DMR could I switch back and forth without loosing zero. The bolts look pretty industrial. (maybe better just to buy a second gun)

I seriously doubt that it would be consistent at all. You may get lucky, but if that is your plan I would just get a LaRue mount for your scope then you would not have an issue.

When it comes to optic mounts.....................................get a LaRue mount and don't look back.
