Hi All,
I had some issues with the sling swivels that came with my STG, as well as the bolt hold open plastic piece that came with my E4 stock. I contacted MSAR and left a call back number, got a phone call at work, answered a few questions and the parts were sent out last Wednesday. They were in the mailbox today and I changed out the parts. That is good service. Just wanted to pass out Kudos where deserved. CaliRN |

This is one major factor in me wanting to get a MSAR rifle.
Ive read that they have some of the best customer service in the business. In the rare case something is wrong, they'll make it right. That coupled with their ARFCOM presence and the fact that the rifle is truly awesome, makes me want one real bad! Ill probably be getting a STG-556 around xmas time if Ratworx has them! |

I just got an email from MSAR about my factory optic. What was the word on your factory optic? So far just to explain again what was the problem / return order about. I will keep you all posted. let me know too...i still got my stupid junker that never worked sitting in my kitchen drawer. Right now i have a crappy $40 Burris mounted on the rail I was sent to tide me over. Id like to get the original style optic replaced ASAP. |
