First off I'm just a plinker with bad eyes, a cheap bench rest and the shakes. I'll post a shot group as long as you guys don't get into a MOA argument. Every gun I have is more accurate than me. That said,

Nice sunny day with a slight wind at my back. Optic is a TA33R-9 with a Flashkill attached and an Aimpoint clone 3x magnifier. I don't know why but the magnifier looks fine by itself but when used with the ACOG creates a fuzzy image. Maybe one of you can explain this to me. This rifle is as solid as a rock. If you run out of ammo it will make a great club. Unlike an AR platform. Mine weighs 9.5 as shown, unloaded.  The trigger is as good as any of my other rifles. Very crisp break. I buy the cheapest brass cased, non-corrosive ammo I can find. This day I had surplus German DAG which was copper and nickel jacketed, and South African copper jacketed. I think both are 147grn. The South African seemed to be more accurate. Once I got the gas port dialed in I had zero FTE and only one FTF and I think it was a fluke. I don't think I pulled the charging handle back all of the way. For all of you folks who have never handled a bullpup much less an RFB you will be amazed at the size of this rifle. It makes my M1A Scout feel like it is 6 feet long. Hang in there it will be worth the wait ;)

I wanted to test the RFB with not so perfect ammo. Some of the German ammo I bought was tarnished due to a packaging issue. I wiped it off with a rag and sent it flying. No problems.

I would guess that you can't run a 3x magnifier behind a 3x optic. The magnifier is generally used behind an Aimpoint or other non-magnified optic. Nice rifle, but get rid of the magnifier.
