What do they do?
Specifically, what does the angled knob do and what about the double-decker on the bottom? |

One on the bottom and right side change the point of impact for your windage and elevation.
The one at the 11:00, never ever touch it as it will make your penis fall off! 
Just kidding don't touch it though, it will release the nitrogen (a very bad thing) and will render your optic useless! |
